1. Refunds for unused player registration fees may be requested by emailing the Executive Secretary (secretary@oahuleague.com).
2. In your message please include reference to the invoice number and a description of the circumstances surrounding your not using this player fee and the refund payee and address..
3. The league secretary will inform the registrar that this invoice for player registrations (or this portion) are no longer valid.
4. After registrar notification and confirmation, a refund check, less processing fees paid to the OLStore, will be mailed to the supplied address.
