	11AS Season		the fee for each player registration is $40.00
	U8-12 Season
	U13-19 Season		teams may register up to a maximum of 14 players for U8, U9 and U10 teams; up to a maximum of 18 players for U11, U12, U13, U14, U15 and U16 teams, and; up to a maximum of 22 players for U17, U18 and U19 teams.

	Schedule Change and Forfeit Payments
			you may register the total number of players or a partial number of players at any time as players are added to your team; select the number of players to be registered by entering the number in the shopping cart.
	Adjustments or Miscellaneous Charges
			if you are a returning team, type in your team number in the first field at the top of the order form for player registrations (since this is a required field, type in "na" if you are a new team).
			if you are a new team, type in "new U9 team", "new U10 team", "new U14 team" or "new U18 Team", etc., in the second field at the top of the order form for player registrations (as this is a required field, type in "na" if you are a returning team).
			important - a copy of the invoice indicating that you have paid the player registration fees must be inserted in the package containing the player registration materials; if the invoice copy is not in the package when it is picked up from the UPS Store, the player registrations will not be processed! player registrations must be paid before processing.
