Receiving "error messages"?
 
 
If you are having problems submitting the team registration form and are receiving error messages, trouble-shoot the problem by checking the following items which will prevent the processing of the form:
 
   
 
1)
only enter numbers in the fields where numbers are requested, i.e., the team number; however, the word new is acceptable for the team number if you do not have a team number.
 
 
2)
only enter letters in the fields where letters are to be used, i.e., the club name.
 
 
3)
do not enter any characters or symbols such as apostrophes or single or double quotation marks, etc., in the text entered into the field.
 
 
4)
do not have blanks or null characters at the end of the entered text; use the delete key to remove any of these null characters.
 
 
5)
clear the cache and temporary internet files and check your browser settings.
 
 
6)
most other problems are local in nature; try a different computer to submit the form.
