Team Registration
For the 8AS and 11AS Fall Seasons 2010
(activated on 7/27/10)

To register a team for the 8AS or 11AS Fall Season 2010 two steps are required. First, the team registration information must be submitted. Second, the team registration fee must be paid.
Step One:

1)

complete all the information fields in the Team Registration Form; if the information is not applicable to your team use "na" for not applicable.

2)

please be sure that all information is entered correctly without spelling errors (especially the email addresses) and that all contact numbers are correct and current.
3)
print a copy of the Team Registration Form for your records before you submit the form.
4)
after you submit the Team Registration Form you will then go to Step 2 for payment.
5)
the registration of a team requires a separate Team Registration Form and a separate payment for each team.
6) ODP Schedule Request: if your team will be attending ODP sessions and you do not want to have 7AS or 11AS games scheduled during ODP sessions, you must indicate that you will be attending ODP sessions on the team registration form by selecting YES; if you are not attending ODP sessions select NO to indicate "no request" and that you will have games scheduled during ODP sessions.
Step Two:
1)
pay the team registration fee by credit card or by internet check.
(note: personal checks are not acceptable for team registration fees; if you submit a regular check with the Team Registration form it will not be processed; you must pay by credit card or by internet check through the OL Store).
2)

for 8AS the team registration fee for a single A slot is $425.00; if you want to register a team for an A and B slot the total fee is $850.00; the team registration fee for one team in the 11AS Season is $475 for U12s; $500 for U14s; $525 for U16s; $575 for U19s.

the on-line payment submittal deadline for team registration is 4:00 pm Friday, August 6, 2010; field permits are also due at this time; email the details of field availability to secretary@oahuleague.com
on-line credit card or internet check payment for the team registration will be processed immediately when you "check-out" in the Oahu League Store; all payments for team registrations are non-refundable.
