to the following by-law change for the representation of board members: "1.
Each club which meets the definition of a club during a sasonal year
shall appoint a person (who need not be a member or affiliated with
the club) to be a director during the seasonal year according to the
following formula: the first club representative is allocated for three
(3) to ten (10) teams that participate in a competitive season; the
second club representative is allocated for eleven (11) to twenty (20)
teams that participate in a competitive season; the third club representative
is allocated for twenty-one (21) to thirty (30) teams that participate
in a competitive season, and; the fourth club representative is allocated
for thirty-one (31) or more teams that participate in a competitive
season. One representative may exercise the total number of votes that
a club has been authorized." |

| June 6, 2007 | Agreed to the following by-law change for the definition of a club: A club is "a structured group of three or more affiliated teams which participate in inter-team play in the competitive (U8-12) or spring (U13-19) seasons. The club designation for a current seasonal year is initially determined by the participation of the three or more affiliated teams in the previous seasonal year. In order to maintain club status throughout the current seasonal year there must be three participating competitive teams in the competitive season. Club status will be vacated when the number of participating competitive teams in a seasonal year falls below the three required competitive teams. The determination as to the number of competitive teams will be made after registration for the respective competitive season is complete." |

coach will receive a first warning from the referee; 2) the coach will
address the situation; 3) if the abuse continues the referee will
issue a yellow card to the coach and indicate the occurrence on the
game card; the team and/or club will also receive an email from the
Discipline Committee requesting them to modify their behavior and a
record will be entered in the "Spectator Database"; 4) if
a coach or team receives three entries, they will appear before the
Board for a hearing and discipline decision; 5) failure of the coach
or team to appear before the Board will result in a suspension of three
games for the coach of the team. |

to establish the following Travel Policy: "Teams that travel to competitive
events during any Oahu League competitive season must: 1) declare their
intent to miss playing dates before the creation of the schedule begins;
the team will submit a "Travel Schedule Form" concurrent with the submission
of the Team Registration Form; 2) select only one weekend of playing
dates to miss during the competitive season, and; 3) settle any ramifications
of missing playing dates, i.e., pay the actual costs of rescheduled games,
arrange scheduled games through the AGC and Scheduler, and accept
any consequences for forfeited games in the event that rescheduled games
cannot be completed before the end of the season due to rain--outs and
other circumstances." |
