Agreed to the following by-law change for the definition of a club: A club is "a structured group of three or more affiliated teams which participate in inter-team play in the competitive (U8-12) or spring (U13-19) seasons. The club designation for a current seasonal year is initially determined by the participation of the three or more affiliated teams in the previous seasonal year. In order to maintain club status throughout the current seasonal year there must be three participating competitive teams in the competitive season. Club status will be vacated when the number of participating competitive teams in a seasonal year falls below the three required competitive teams. The determination as to the number of competitive teams will be made after registration for the respective competitive season is complete."
